This blend of spontaneously fermented beer is aged on fresh peaches from our very own, very small, Allagash orchard. Tart notes of peach, apricot, oak, and a hint of funk characterize this complex and elegant beer.

Allagash used their own peaches in this one. A little less sweet than regular Coolship Peche.
