Poured into a clear pint glass. The color was a light golden that was slightly hazy and it had a white head. Taste is good with a little bit of lemon.

Mostly clear pale golden appearance.
Around medium carbonation with a just below average body but overall a nice feel.
Aroma is malty grainy bread, yeast lemon peel, and a bit fruity and earthy.
Taste for the most part doesn't stray too far from the aroma. Bitter earthiness and citrus peel on the finish.
Overall a really nice flavorful beer that was enjoyable and had enough going on to keep me interested.

Notes via stream of consciousness: This is a blonde ale with lemon and sea salt. It's poured a hazy straw gold body beneath a two finger wide head of bright white foam. It's floral in the nose with some lightly sweetish and grainy malt. It appears to be Belgian yeast as it's a little phenolic and peppery. On to the taste then... well, I think I can safely say that it's Belgian yeast as it tastes a bit like a saison. The malt is sweetish, grainy, wheaty, and oat-like ~ this could be the base for a hazy IPA if it was bigger. The lemon is there but it's mild and I'm getting much more of the pepperiness from the yeast. The salt is there too, and that seems a bit fuller as it lingers in the finish. The bitterness is medium to moderate and it's nicely balanced. It's sweetish upfront but the lemon and pepperiness from the yeast keep it in check, and then the pepperiness helps to dry it in the finish. The combination of lemon and pepper is great and I have to say that I was a little aprehensive when I read that it was a blonde ale with lemon and salt. The saison yeast definitely pulls everything together and makes it work. In the mouth it's medium bodied and soft and smooth with a restrained carbonation. That's a good thing because if it was more carbonated the pepper would be more pronounced and it could theoretically lose the great balance that it has. It also makes it easier to drink in my opinion. With that said, the head retention was still very good, and it's left some thin but fairly solid lacing all about the glass. I should not have doubted Allagash, this is a great beer that I could easily see coming directly from Belgium. Nicely done.

Very flavorful blonde ale! The Belgian yeast makes it full of flavor. Allagash did a great job with this one, will buy again. I don’t taste much lemon or sat though.

Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow with a tiny head and no lacing.
Smells and tastes of bread, Belgian yeast and citrus with a salty bitter finish.
Light body and carbonation.
This is a light and refreshing lite version of a Wit ale.

Picked up a 16 oz single from TW-Greenville, SC 5-23-22 for $4.49. Canned 5-5-22; consumed 7-26-22. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured blond with a very nice white head.
Nose has some fruity esters and a touch of lemon.
Taste is initially dominated by a nice pilsner malt base which the yeast imparts some pear. Finishes with a refreshing blast of bitter lemons.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall a really nice flavorful Belgian Blonde summer brew!

From a pint can into a pint glass. Poured with a light white foam head and a slightly pale, not quite clear but not quite opaque light yellow. Scent is light and refreshing (as are most blonde ales) with a nice citrus and sea salt scent coming through. Taste follows and adds just a bit of malty backbone to keep things interesting. Feel is light, refreshing, summery, and on the drier side with a delightful lemon with a dash of sea salt aftertaste. As blonde ales go, this one is both drinkable for a general audience but also interesting enough to provide something with a bit more heft for these summer days.
