A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap with a thick, tight collar; nice rings of lace;
S: pineapple, orange, and grapefruit;
T: follows the nose, but the individual flavors aren't as identifiable as in the aroma - a little muddled; slightly acidic; mild bitterness a t the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate to high carbonation; dry finish; no hop burn;
O: an excellent addition to their portfolio;

Copenhagen 4/1 2025. 47,3 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup Off-white can with simple drawings of different plants including hop plants.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with tart, zesty citrus fruit. Peach and a hint of ripe mango. Grapefruit and lemon. A bit acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine citric American IPA.

Pours a hazy orange. Big foam. Hop aroma. Sour hop body. Sour fruit fades to a bitter hop finish. Really not that good. Very sour. The hops are not well represented. I expected much better from Allagash.

It looks yellow and is not see through. The color is sort of mango juice like.
Smell has alot of resin and a hint of pine. Pineapple and mango along with some dankness also hit my nose. Sweet nectar is also a part of the smell.
Taste starts off with a little bit of bitter hop and then nectarine/pit notes. Citrus starts to emerge before transitioning into a "tropical sunshine" type of Tase.
Aftertaste has a little bite from the hops and more of that mango nectarine tatse.
Mouth feel is thin which helps with making it a more refreshing IPA. Not the most interesting mouth feel but it works in regards for what they are going for.
This beer is quite good and different from most of the IPA's in Maine in a good way. If your in the mood for an IPA that is not New England style this is a very nice choice.

I really think Allagash did well with this one. I’ve drank IPA’s since early 2000s and at that time anything that you could just get a bit of a juicy/floral smell and taste was spectacular. Then everything got amp’d up to astronomical levels with a dank syrup feel and supper bitterness and orange juice look. This beer harkens back to a the first foray into IPA’s it’s a refreshing beer like a Pilsner or Kolsch but with that bit of floral-ness of the first mainstream IPA’s in the early 2000’s. I’m really digging it.

16oz canned 9-19-23, opened 10-22-23.
2 1/2 finger white head, pillowy and with great retention.
Golden glow with some initial chill haze. Good clarity. Thick rings of lace.
Fruit salad nose with some tropical notes, pineapple, mango, shredded coconut and a few slices of orange.
Some peach notes in the mid-palate stand out since they weren't in the aroma to begin with. Dough malt undertone.
Bright entry, light body with moderate carbonation. Mild bitterness in a flavorful and dry finish.
Unexpected from Allagash.
Very Good.

8 oz pour at Allagash (after White).
Pours a clear orange golden colour with solid finger of bubbly white head.
Aroma is hop forward with soft citrus and mango notes and a distinct earthy and dank and sweaty aroma, hint of bready malt.
Taste follows with citrus, tropical fruit sweetness and a soft earthy bitterness as well as a bit of dankness at back.
Bright medium mouthfeel, nicely carbonated - crisp and clean finish.
