Bottle into Nucleated Tulip
Look: Dark opaque purple, pouring a half finger pinkish head which dissipated into a thin cap
Smell: Grape, berries, stone fruit notes with a touch of yeast and malt. Weak nose
Taste: Very tart grape and berries. Followed by some yeast mustiness and a touch of alcohol. Finish carries light malt notes and some of those light berries notes.
Feel: Light-med body, moderate carbonation, crisp
Overall: Its a goof brew. Very tart. No exact berry flavor just a little bit of everything
