Bright straw gold, thick white pillow foam slowly reduced to nil, some lace.
Elegant fresh pear, white peach, citrus, touch of bread and white flower nose.
Palate with more stone fruit, fine malt backbone, hint of hops, following to clean, smooth, finish with more pear, touch of red berries and hop bitterness.
Light body, well carbonated and balanced.
Fragrant and engaging, very crushable despite the relatively high abv, interesting ingredients.
