We dry hopped our Tripel with freshly plucked Triumph hops from The Hop Yard in Gorham, Maine. These whole-leaf “wet hops,” harvested at the peak of the season and delivered to the brewery the same day, lend notes of honeydew, cucumber, and banana to our signature golden strong ale.
