12oz Draught at Allagash Bungalow on 10-22-25.
1 finger head with a pink tint, falls to a solid cap and leaves a wispy, lacing in it’s wake.
Red body, bright and bold…opaque.
Zesty, zingy red cherry in the aroma. Vinous in a way and also some barrel/wood is perceived.
Bold cherry flavor. Bright and zingy. Vanilla. Raspberry.
Light body with a moderate carbonation and a literal lip smacking acidity. Medium length finish apart from the zingy acidity which hangs around.
Outstanding.
