The Asian dragon is a wise and powerful creature endlessly searching for enlightenment. Often shown grasping a pearl of wisdom in its talons, the beer-loving dragon has found the ultimate hoppy wisdom in our massively dry-hopped West Coast Style IPA.

Look:
Pours a hazy copper orange with a dense, one finger, eggshell white head of foam; with tiny, pinhole sized bubbles. Excellent head retention. Great lacing. A good looking beer.
Aroma:
Not much on the nose. Almost smells like nothing at all. If I stick my nose way down into the glass and try as hard as I can, I get a touch of toasted bread, dried apricot and orange slices.
Taste:
Fairly simple, very subtle. Hard to pick out any distinct; individual flavors. Mostly generic notes of caramel malt, sweet orange, and just the lightest hint of apricot jam. Very light for the style. Almost no bitter hop influence. There's good flavor here but; it just isn't enough. This is very anemic and malty for a west coast IPA, almost to the degree of a session style pale ale.
Feel:
Drinks fairly easily. Decent body, moderate carbonation. Mid-weight feel. No heat from the alcohol. Easy drinking for a 6.5% er.
Overall:
A little one dimensional and bland. A decent beer though. Not very "west coast" for a west coast style IPA. It's not very bitter and not very hoppy. My first beer from Honky Tonk, wasn't super impressed but it's decent.

Undated 12 oz can fresh from TN into a pint glass in 28 November 2018.
Pours with a clear, pale amber body with a slight haze and a moderate size, semi-durable white head. Some sticky lacing is left on the glass.
Fruity and floral aroma with more alcohol than expected.
The flavor is less floral and reflects more grains. Mild+ bitterness and moderate strength for style.
Medium+ body and medium carbonation.

A fantastic IPA. Bitter taste with hints of citrus and caramel malts. Decent head, and a really smooth feel for an IPA. Overall a great drinking experience, a must have for a Tennessean.
