Poured on-tap into small snifter.
A: Pours a clear yellow-orange with slight white head.
S: Wonderful citrus aroma (grapefruit and orange). Apricot and dry cracker malt.
T: Apricot is more dominant here with supporting notes of grapefruit and orange. Mild dry cracker malt backbone. Not too abrasive with the hops (which is a plus in my book).
M: Light body. Slightly oily feel with mild-moderate hop bitterness. Nice lingering citrus hop notes.
D: A solid example of style and extremely sessionable. Nice job, Steve and GRBP!
