Freedom Scotch pours a brownish color with no head. Sweet and sharp malty aroma. Flavor is the same, very sweet, on the sweeter side, with a sharp flavor. Good body and feel. Overall, a very easy to drink and dangerous, nice sharp flavors.

Poured on cask into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a clear red-brown amber hue with 2+ inch thick foamy off-white head.
S: Nice smokey peat malt and sweet caramel malt.
T: Follows aroma...Nice smokey peat malt and sweet caramel malt, but also has a very nice creaminess (thanks to the cask presentation).
M: Smooth, sweet, and slightly oily. Nice smokey note.
D: Solid brew...made even better on cask. Extremely sessionable even with the 7.6 ABV.
