Poured from cask into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a beautiful super hazy lemon hue with 3-4 inch frothy white head with excellent retention and thick lacing. Superb.
S: Light citrus and honey with a hint of white pepper.
T: Light honey and citrus with a good balance of light caramel malt. Very nice for style.
M: Super creamy and smooth. Lightly sweet and refreshing. Lingers nicely on the palate.
D: Excellent drinkability and excellent for style. One of my favorite's of Steve's...and made even better on cask!
