Poured from crowler into snifter.
A: Pours a cloudy lemon hue with a 1/4 inch white head that quickly recedes. Cloudy, consistent with east coast style.
S: Mango, passion fruit, and other tropical fruit aromas.
T: Mango, key lime, passion fruit, white pepper, and a hint of pine. Unique hop notes.
M: Sharp bitterness offset by softening characteristics. The bitterness even grows in the finish.
D: Very interesting hop profile...tropical fruit and quite bitter...but with softening aspects. NFA. Give it a go!
