750ml Crowler, bought it at the brewery during their yearly ribfest. Glad I did as this was one of the best beers I had that day (and I had a lot) and it was even better out of the can.
Golden amber, clear, thin layer of foam that sticks around. Smells like hay, flowers, grass and lemon rind. Taste is a delicious grain and hop soup, sweet and bitter in equal balance. Goes down smooth and easy, with just enough alcohol to give it some oomph.
This is almost a perfect beer in my eyes. Nothing revolutionary but nails the flavors and makes for a very enjoyable brew. Please make this year-round and put it in 12 packs. Please!
