16oz can fill dated 1/31/22 into a Spiegelau glass.
L: Pours crystal clear deep gold w/a 2.5" foamy off white head w/a solid center cap taking a long time to recede to a thick creamy skin. Very well carbonated throughout entire pint to end. Thick sticky banding & lacing.
S: Fragrant spicy hops, malts, caramel, honey, lightly bready.
T: Sweet flowery hops, rich candied caramel, light white bread, honey, lightly grassy. Gentle bitterness midway thru, a hint of pine resin lingers in the finish and goes wide. Rather floral w/a hint of alcohol as the beer warms.
F: Gently firm & crisp, smooth & semi-silky medium bodied mouth feel w/a slight linger. Very clean w/a medium length finish.
O: An excellent solid tasting well balanced American IPA that is very well designed. Rich sweet malts and floral hops share equal amounts of the flavor profile. It is moderately sweet and is very excellent in it's style.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Smell is floral with citrus and pine hops. Taste is floral but with more herbal dankness followed by pine and citrus hoops has a grassy bready caramel malt finish. A medium mouth feel with good balance of hops and malts.

Poured from a pint into a Nonic.
Pours nearly crystal clear and medium gold with an excellent foamy head.
The aromas are restrained but nice and classic American IPA. No juicy, fruity, stuff. Grassy, floral, and earthy hops meld with just a bit of caramel malt and resin.
Caramel malts on the tip of the tongue. Some grain and paler malts in midstream, along with a growing hop balance, starting with grass and earth. By the finish, the earth has taken center stage with resin and a touch of booze.
The brew is medium bodied, well carbonated, and drinkable (though not a session brew).
This is a really nice American IPA.

F-Medium bodied...perfect body and carbonation.
O-Wonderful IPA. Very clean drinking with perfect blend of pine and toffee like maltiness. Well made.
