From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little brew pours a dark
blackish brown with a nice head of brown foam that settles to a thick ring,
thin dusty layer, and show some nice light lacing. Nose of rich orange zest,
dark bakers chocolate, heavy char, deep roasted malts, dark coffee, and hints
of dark fruits. Flavors follow nicely with dark bakers cocoa, orange zest, dark
coffee, heavy char, and dark berry hints of raspberry. Nice mouth feel; full
body, smooth, rich, coating, light effervescent carbonation, and a bitter
malt finish that is medium the full on dry.
Overall---a unique stout, nice but best as a splitter.
Cheers

Lupulin Lateralus Chocolate Orange Imperial Stout, 11% ABV. Pours black with a 3-finger brown head that left persistent lacing. Nose is light chocolate and orange, taste follows, light sweetness, moderate bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

All I can say this is a little better than one of my favorites, Bells Expedition Stout. And by the way why can't you ship enough to Florida past January? I don't know how my rating came out because I don't care how it looks or how it pours. I only care HOW IT TASTES!!!!!!!!!! Bells you are losing sales because I WILL BUY this great stout until it warms up down here. Cannot wait to taste Lum??? from big lake IPA's. Yeah I am in a good state after drinking this fine beer.
