Lupulin Lateralus Chocolate Malt Imperial Stout, 11% ABV. Pours black with a one-finger medium-brown head that left no lacing. Nose is light chocolate. Taste is moderately strong chocolate and vanilla, moderate sweetness is shaded by stronger bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent. They must not have been going for pastry stout here, since this is too bitter for that. All of the Lateralus variants I've tried are like that, must be the base beer. With half the bitterness this would be much better.
