From a 16 oz can - canned on 8-30-2023
This is a very murky pouring beer. The color is somewhere between golden and orange. The head that forms is 1 finger, white, very frothy/fluffy looking, and long lasting. There's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The nose is just a full on citrus blast. I could smell the tropical citrus when pouring the beer. Up close I still get it. I get an earthy aroma with some tropical citrus. I seem to get some orange in it, maybe some pineapple.
Taste - This is full of hops, but I am getting a more earthy and grassy flavor here. The hops are also full on tropical. I do get some orange, and pineapple. Lots of bitterness and the hop flavor sticks in my throat for a while.
The body is somewhat bubbly feeling in my throat. The beer is somewhat sticky feeling. It does feel slightly on the light side, but not too light. Somewhat juicy feeling.
Very interesting beer. I think I like it.

Looks worse but smells much better-er when compared to the Simcoe & Mosaic. Much more bitter and dry feeling, there is less fruit flavor and much more herbal/pine/grass - more suited to my palate
