Lupulin Cinnamon Coffee Shop Assault Vehicle Imperial Pastry Stout, 9% ABV. Pours black with a one-finger light-brown head that left some lacing. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and strong cinnamon. Taste follows, with cinnamon and coffee in the front, other flavors more subtle, quite sweet, slight coffee bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding to world-class adjacent. Slightly better than the base beer.

Brewers notes : CSAV is back with a twist! We began by aging green coffee beans in a bourbon barrel and then sent them off to be roasted by our friends at Kinder Coffee Lab. The roasted beans were then infused into the beer, along with a heavy dose of cacao nibs, vanilla and cinnamon.
Chilled 16 oz can poured into a snifter , black motor oil, two finger dense brown foam cap , good retention, settles to a ring
Aroma is cinnamon , vanilla, coffee
Taste is cinnamon, coffee, vanilla , sweet with no cinnamon heat
Mouthfeel is thick, dense, rich, syrupy
Good beer

A very good imperial pastry stout. All of the flavors/aromas are there - cinnamon, licorice, vanilla. The “pastry” aspect comes through a little strong, as the flavors can come off just a touch forced. However, for those that like pastry stouts, you know that is par for the course. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy - if a touch less carbonation I would call the feel perfect.
