If the name draws you in, then you will like the beer.
Looks dark, but doesn’t pour quite as thick as some other imperial stouts. Very light foaming on top.
Smells like a combination of the adjuncts in the name. Cookie, chocolate and salted caramel. Drowns out the stout.
Taste is like the smell - the “pastry” adjuncts drown out stout flavors. If you are ok with that, it’s a very good beer.
Overall, good. Heavy on the pastry.

Lupulin Salted Caramel Stuffed Double Chocolate Cookie Imperial Pastry Stout, 10% ABV. Pours thick and black with a 1.5 finger medium-brown head that left no lacing. Aroma is an incredibly strong salted caramel, cocoa, and cookie. Taste follows, strongest in the chocolate, quite sweet, slightly bitter, salt on the close. Excellent thick and smooth mouthfeel, overall world class. The best of their beers I've had. Can't wait for the inevitable BBA version, probably already in the barrels.
