Notes via stream of consciousness: Just in pouring this beer I can see that it's intense! It's blacker than old motor oil, and thick. I wanted to build a head and went a little bit overboard so now I've got three finger's width of creamy dark tan foam. The aroma expresses dark bittersweet chocolate and soft coconut with just a distant note of cinnamon-like spiciness. On to the taste, WOW! It's incredibly rich with dark chocolate, coconut, caramel, and spices. What is that? Ahhh, I see, the label lists Graham Crackers and Graham cracker flavor. Are Graham crackers spiced though? Anyway, it might be a little spicy from alcohol as well as this is 11% ABV! What else is in here? The label lists cacao nibs, salted caramel, honey, and vanilla extract. I think that pretty much sums everything up. It's sweet up front but then there's a decent amount of bitterness to wrap it up into a dry conclusion with bittersweet dark chocolate, a hint of cinnamon, and some bitterness left lingering. In the mouth it's full bodied, gently crisp, and then smooth. All in all it's an exceptional Imperial pastry stout.

Lupulin Cookie Monstrosity Imperial Pastry Stout, 11% ABV. Pours thick and brownish black with a 2.5 finger dark-brown head that left great lacing. Aroma is honey graham, chocolate, and coconut. Taste follows, plus salted caramel, slightly sweet, moderately bitter. Decent thick and smooth mouthfeel, overall excellent. It has the add-junks of a Pastry Stout, but not quite as sweet as the typical pastry stout.

Pretty good looking in the glass. Black and looks moderately full bodied for a big stout.
Nose very subtle. A bit of honey sweetness.
Taste is a little more dynamic. Honey, coconut, graham, cookie notes. Cocoa.
