Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light and pale yellow/golden color with a bright white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)

Aroma: Strong aromas of bright lemon, floral notes. (4.00)

Flavor: Strong flavors of bright lemon, floral notes. Bitter. (4.00)

Feel: Medium-body, strong carbonation. Bitter and smooth. Moderate malt body. (4.25)

Compared to Fair State Pils 7/25: Pours similar. Stronger aromas. More lemon citrus, hoppy notes. Less crisp yeast and German hops/malts. Similar bitterness. Winner: Fair State

Overall: Bright, lemony, hoppy. Bitter, yet smooth. Lingering bitterness. Very west-coast and bitter. A substantial malt body too. I enjoyed this WC Pils from Lupulin. Extremely hoppy flavors, yet a nice bitterness so that it doesn't drink soapy like so many IPLs. Very enjoyable. (Rating: 4.03+)

16 oz can into a pokal glass.
L: SRM 2 Pours straw dirty light yellow with a thin soapy white head that recedes to edge foam, medium steady carbo, light random spotty lacing.
S: A fruity note, grassy, a slight dank note, sweet caramel malts.
T: Gently floral, a hint of crusty bread, pear, a gently complex fruit mix, affably tart with a tangy finish. It has a long distance dank herbal note in the palate. The aftertaste has fairly bold melon rind & resin that linger.
F: Moderately crisp, wet and slightly juicy medium-light bodied feel with a medium-long fairly dry finish.
O: Curiously good and has WC hop presentation atop a lovely bready malt base. Well balanced and blended. Easy to drink and is refreshing. Not quite German but it is excellent in its style.

On tap at the brewery.

The beer looks slightly murky in the glass and golden in color. The head is white and sticky looking.
Nose is slightly hoppy smelling. I get tropical citrus notes and floral hints.
Taste is slightly bitter in a pleasing way. Light hop notes slightly tropical.
Smooth body. Nice bubbly feeling.
Tasty and easy to drink.
