SuperNectaStratalisticMoSimCryodocious! Say that 5 times fast... This Pale Ale was hopped with Superdelic, Nectaron, Strata, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo and a shot of Simcoe Hyperboost for good measure. It’s hoppy with a balanced piney bitterness, with citrus and tropical notes as well as notes of peach and berry. In a word, it slaps!

Look: pale gold, hazy, soapy head, scattered lacing
Smell: pine, citrus, musty, ripe tropical
Taste: piney, peach, strawberry, tangerine, mango, nectar, spicy
Feel: med body, moderate carbo
Overall: Very good pale ale that drinks bigger than 5.9% abv. Starts out with some pine, peach and strawberry. Hints of tangerine and mango come into play with a sweet fruit nectar on the end. Kind of a tart candy flavor. Took my time on this one to let her warm. Then dank ripe tropical came thru on the nose and the taste turned to very piney and spicy. Now that takes her up a notch. In honor of the last show by Ozzy and Black Sabbath today, I paired her with Supernaut. Rock on!
