Poured on tap at the brewery and served in a pilsner, the beer is a vibrant, copper coloring with a foamy, dense, off-white head. Aromas of lemon grass, grapefruit, lime, subtle caramel and apricot, and a solid resinous character. Flavors are grassy and peppery forward, with a solid dose of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. Piney and cracker backbone, with hints of caramel. Light, dry, and effervesced, with a grassy and citrus aftertaste. Frothy, effervesced, light finish. Refreshing.
