Poured a pale, golden, slightly cloudy body with fizzy head that died quick and the aroma has bits of clove/peppery spice along with citric zip and yeast. Smooth, the yeast presence is strong and gives off notes of bubblegum/sugary sweetness, and the beer's spiciness is subdued and only noticeable in crisp flashes in the background. A more sweet, even fruity witbier than is the norm as the spices and lemon/citric aspect fade in the background but pretty enjoyable but beer retains crisp, cutting finish.
