A: Pours a clear pale yellow color. A one finger white head forms and sticks around as a cap. Light lace is left behind.
S: A fairly neutral and simple nose. Cereal grains, malts and crackers. That is it.
T: Like the nose, this is simple but has a bit more depth. Cereal grains, cracker like malts. A bit sweet, with a touch of grassy bitterness. Simple but nice.
M/O: A light body that is crisp and effervescent. Though smooth at the same time, and finish with a nice dryness. Easy to drink, a nice summer beer which is what this is trying to be.
An overall simple, but nice example of the style. I can come back to this easily when I find it in the area again.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
