A bold imperial Stout brewed with caramel and black chocolate malts roasted grains and Mosaic hops. Infused with cocoa nibs and lightly malted coffee from Red Light Roastery. Heavily bodied with rich chocolate and coffee aromas and flavor.

This is listed as an imperial Stout, but because of the nice bitterness, I'm calling this an Imperial Black IPA... New term?
Taste is certainly roasty coffee without being sour like some are to me. The hop bitterness factor hits pretty quickly, hence the reminder of a black IPA to me. Some chocolate sweetness is present
