L: Cloudy, pale orange colour with a massive, four-finger, cloudy heady that collapses to clumps.
S: Clean, yeast & banana.
T: Unusual mix of tropical fruit, citrus and banana esters, moderate bitterness.
F: Medium/light body, very dry finish, a little gassy.
O: Dusty, hopped-up, hefeweizen. New World hops add an edge to what is still clearly an Old World wheat beer.
