330ml can from Asda, Enniskillen (£1.25):
The body is a fairly bright, slightly hazy amber & it's topped with a nice looking, bubbly head just over 1cm tall & creamy white in colour with okay retention too. The nose is lively, quite fresh & lemony with some apple & citrus notes; it's slightly sweet from the middle on as well with a faint tropical hint & not as bad as I'd feared. The taste is definitely on the bland side of things, some biscuit malts, an odd lemon flavour & lager-type malts further on. There's a grapefruit bitterness down the stretch that lingers a little too long then some pine/citrus flavours round things off. It's somewhere around medium bodied but very bitter, particularly towards the end which is very dry too; pretty much what you'd expect from a supermarket collaboration in the end I guess; not great.
