Pours an effervescent & hazed copper with 2 fingers of tan head. Clears over time, very good head retention & lacing
S: Toasty, peppery rye
T: Follows the nose, grapefruit & pine up front. Dryness, spicy rye, some pine as this warms, a little booze warmth as well. Finished dry, peppery with woody hops & little grapefruit, a little bready sweetness
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation
A pretty good offering that really showcases the rye
