Pours slightly brownish orange in color with offshore head. Nose is like a pineapple jam. Taste hinted at pineapple and coconut, slightly on the coconut. Good beer.

CAN:

The sorachi ace pops, but the hop profile as a whole is underwhelming and there isn't any hop bitterness or bite. Melon, juicy mango, apricot pits, honeydew, floral notes.

Drinkable but underwhelming, especially considering its price.

Pours an opaque orange with a fingers of dense, white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is mango, melon, grapefruit and zesty lemon. It's ripe with tropical fruits, but nothing else. Flavor profile is mango, melon, honey dew, grapefruit and lemon zest for a decidedly tropical fruit, lightly sugary and lightly sour profile. Sourness comes via the lemon at the back. Mouth feel is a still, moderately soft texture with a thin layer of pulp. It has a medium thickness. Overall, tropical fruit heavy, but even at that, the inclusion of honey dew and melon makes for a slightly more unique and enjoyable brew.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegalau tulip from a 12oz can.
