Palate Contaminants: other beer
Color is a dark amber. Moderately fine carbonation with decent lacing that goes away quickly.
Lots of peach on the nose. It's not particularly strong, though. Unfortunately, there just aren't a lots of scents. As it warms, I finally do get a little key lime.
Taste reminds me of an apple pie with a little cinnamon spice. (Even the crust.) And the peach is still there, too. It's surprisingly sweet. Like on the nose, the lime shows up after it's had a little chance to warm.
Well integrated carbonation. The spice sticks around for the aftertaste.
