Hops: calypso 35% bravo 35% & Amarillo 30%. This IPA is special because of the Calypso hops and the flavor that results from dry hopping Bravo hops. I first taste the non-citrus fruit (apple, pear) from the Calypso and then the citrus and tropical flavors from the Bravo and the Amarillo (sweet lime, mango and ripe tangerine).. This beer should be savored a little colder than room temperature.

Bright orange and hazy with some clarity at the edges. Smells of grapefruit, honeydew and herb. Goes down dry and crisp with plenty more grapefruit, herb, and lingering orange juice and zest. Medium and has a noticeable alcohol heat through the finish.
The DDH series are consistently well-made brews, and this one is no different.
