tasty sour with passion fruit, guava, and orange, very summery, not overly acidic, pretty well refined, just my second beer from these guys, a fun way to break up all the heavy fall stuff i was drinking all weekend, thanks to my homie for sending this can in a special little texas box, a nice choice! this one has a little haze to it, a high and frothy white head with better retention than is common in the style, and it smells like real fruit to me, no lactose or vanilla or anything evident either, which already makes this more appealing than a lot of what else is out there. orange in front for me, the tropical vibes a little behind that, not too sweet at all to my senses. the flavor is quite good on a number of levels. the souring is very clean and well restrained, i could drink a bunch of these without turning my stomach. its also not overly fruited in that i can still taste some of the pale malt underneath, wheaty to me, fuller feeling, but dry which lets the fruit pop. the fruit is authentic and well proportioned, all three are evident, but to me orange and passion fruit run out in front a bit, never sugary. there is a light white grape and cut flower nuance to this making it more delicate tasting than it feels, and i get some lemon too in the sour profile. overall this is well done, nicely carbonated, genuine, and clean as they go. definitely an ahead of the curve fruited sour.

Looks like grapefruit juice, has a nice tall two-finger rosé head. Smells funky, like rotten fruit & milk. Taste follows the nose, the sour doesn't pair well with the lactose & cocoa. Medium-bodied, high carbonation, crisp.

Very good brew with lactose and chocolate hints. It is one of the most interesting tastes i have ever experienced for a beer. Fruit, citrus cherry, sour and sweet.
Surprising that they could fill all these flavors into one. Like a chocolate cherry pie.
Can also has awesome design.

Nice yellowish color on the pour. Somewhat sour with understated fruity tones. Smell is great.
Feels like a beer I could pick up again during the summer at the pool. Probably will not go out of my way to find anytime soon!

Canned 4/21/20. Pours a golden straw color with a one finger head that quickly dissipates. Smells strongly of lilikoi and yeast- a good thing! Taste is a little sweet, mostly sour, lots of lilikoi with orange and guava having a more subtle presence. Mouthfeel is thin. This is a solid beer that I would definitely drink again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to find it.
