12 oz can DOB 08/12/2020.
Reviewed 7 Nov 2020.
Poured in the Raspberry Temptress snifter.
Medium sized light beige head. Well carbonated. Slightly hazy. Peachy in color. Cinnamon quite prominent in the aroma, followed by pineapple. Quite nice. Initial sip
Is the reverse, pineapple followed immediately by cinnamon. A bit on the sweet side. Medium body. Moderate cinnamon lingers a while. Slight bitterness in the finish. Alcohol becomes noticeable as it warms.
I like the pineapple more than the cinnamon in this. Tasty and interesting but don’t need more than one.

12oz canned on 8-10-20, opened 8-29-20.
1 finger white head. Dense, with a fine bead. Very good retention.
Hazy, opaque golden IPA. Thin, abundant lacing.
Ripe pineapple at first, mild cinnamon quickly shows...pineapple blows off soon. Citrus arrives after warming.
Cinnamon is front and center but in a subtle way, it's a unique flavor profile as I'm not sure I've ever had pineapple and cinnamon together in anything. Floral honey late and finishes with a tart pineapple flavor.
Soft, creamy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Medium length and dry finish (honey).
The additions are the show, beyond that not too much to recognize as an IPA beyond in flavor and aroma.
Look and mouthfeel are definite NEIPA.
Very Good.
