L- Nice light mahogany body with a lively rocky one fingered head. Heavy carbonation.
S- Nice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, speculaas, ginger, caramel, vanilla, cranberry. Solid grainy body. Smells wonderful.
T- Subtle notes of cinnamon and nutmeg up front. Ginger/speculaas follows. Wheaty on the end, followed by a, very slight, oxidized paper finish. Slight bitter bite.
F- Delicate carbonation, lighter on the body.
O-Smells wonderful, looks solid, falls short on the flavor. Not a bad Christmas beer in any way. Wish it packed more of a punch in flavor profile, but not a bad beer to start the season.

Decent Christmas ale.
Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Reddish amber color with decent head and good lacing. Smell and taste of cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel. Nice malty background. I would buy again next year.

Poured from a can into a plastic cup. Cans are great, all different ugly sweaters. Bright copper penny color, minimal lacing. I can smell and taste cloves, cinnamon. A warm fuzzy feel going down. Smooth, easy drinking, very good. Great holiday beer, puts me in the mind of warm apple cider.
