Pours a very hazed gold with 2 fingers of fluffy eggshell colored head. Stellar lacing & good head retention
S: Loads of guava, passionfruit & oranges
T: Follows the nose, a little nectarine as well up front, along with a little dryness & lime. Tangerine, lime, guava & passion fruit once warm, just a kiss of grapefruit too. Finishes with guava, grapefruit & oranges, plus a little dryness
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, great balance
Very nice take on the style, super drinkability

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazed orange-yellow color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading slowly over time to leave a moderate sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is heavy of a tropical fruit smell of tangerine, pineapple and papaya mixed with a good showing of a yeasty smell and a bit of a breadiness. Along with these aromas comes some hop smells of lemongrass and a blend of earthy and herbal hop smells.
Taste – The taste begins with a lightly tropical and citrus fruit sweetened taste on top of a rather bready and doughy malt flavor. Right from the start there is a moderately strong showing of herbal and earthy hops both of which grow slightly stronger as the taste advances on the tongue. All the while some pine hop and a bit of lemongrass join the tongue as well, bringing with them some more “raw” hop flavors. Some musty and grainy tastes come at the end as well, leaving one with a somewhat dank and moderately malty taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is higher in thickness with a rather moderate carbonation level. For the dank and malty flavors, the feel is great and makes for a nice slow sipper where all the rich flavors can be appreciated.
Overall – A rather nice DDH hazy IPA. Flavorful and easy drinking.
