Purchased at Which Craft in Austin.
Poured from a 12oz can into a Tulip glass.
The beer is a cloudy orange-yellow with 2 fingers of white foam. Retention is average.
Strength of aroma is medium. The aroma has grapefruit which is the strongest then peach.
Strength of taste is medium to high. The taste has mostly stone fruit, some pine, and a light grapefruit taste. The bitterness is above medium and lingers long on the tongue. It's delicious.
Feel is almost thick, almost chewy and is slightly creamy. The carbonation feels light until I swallow and sense that it's medium and slightly prickly. It has a great mouth feel.
Overall, the flavor and mouth feel are great making DDH 34 well worth my purchase.
