Poured from a 12 of can into anglass.
Reviewed in a flight with hoegarden and Celis white
Day pass pours pretty, pale gold, slight haze.
Aroma is subdued with some spices, but less than the others.
Mouthfeel is medium, n ot as smooth as the others.
Also - in comparison, my prefs were cells white #+, Hoegarden #2, Day Pass #3.
In fairness I should say that comparing day pass to these two legendary world-class beers is kind of unfair competition

Quite pale pour, with a substantial head, and I saw an actual chunk of yeast floating down the side (you don't need a bottle for this!). Very good phenolic fruity aroma, that spicy banana scent. Gobs of phenols to taste as well, though I can't detect any coriander: yet, I'm giving it a high score simply because it is so incredibly tasty with strong yeast byproducts. In that sense, it's very Belgian. Body is light... and... I think it could really benefit from more carbonation (like you might get from bottling, or from canning with stronger aluminum). Still, an excellent beer, from a style we rarely get these days.
