Appearance: Medium hazy golden amber with a slight, finely beaded off-white head, which soon collapses to nothing but a dusting of foam. Lacing coats the glass wall in an unbroken sheet, clouds of minute bubbles drift languidly to the surface while the wall beneath the surface is decorated with bubbles, like a scattering of gemstones.
Aroma: Mild notes of toasted caramel and malt comprise the aroma
Taste: The taste begins with toasted malt and light caramel. As it progresses, there are some grassy hops and toasted white bread flavors. The taste draws to a close with the grassy hops ascending and a little toasted bread crust.
Mouth feel: Smooth and moderately full, with zesty carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: A nice and drinkable example, quite understated for a Winter beer, it suggests a light version of Yuengling Traditional Lager.
Presentation: Packaged in a twelve-ounce aluminum can, served in a Duvel tulip.
