On tap in beautiful downtown Talkeetna, Alaska where the duly-elected Mayor is a cat. (This beer was actually billed as "the Mayor's favorite" on the menu, which I didn't understand at the time but totally makes sense now.) Pours a pale gold with a nice off-white head. Your typical citrus/pine/malt AIPA. Mouthfeel is kind of middle of the road, too. But hey - it's the Mayor's favorite so maybe it's laced with catnip or something. Plus the Mayor graced us with his (her?) presence while we were eating lunch. I thik he/she was looking for a handout. Typical politician.
I'm probably rating it higher than it deserves but it's worth a trip to Talkeetna just for the story.
