On tap at Twin Peaks.
A - Medium caramel color with a massively frothy head, moderate carbonation, and nice clarity.
S - Mild caramel malt with some citrus on the nose.
T - Light malt backbone up front before being crushed with a wall of citrus and floral with a long, lingering assertive bitter finish.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation.
O - Lacks in the nose but really dig the aggressive finish on this beer, think traditional IPA only amped up (not West Coast style). I didn't know what to expect and walked away satisfied.

Served on at in a 22 oz mug
Appearance – The beer is served a deep amber color with a light reddish tint. Upon serving there is a one finger head of off-white foam. The head has a good level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave some light foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a caramel and bready smell mixed with some citrus and floral hop smells. Along with these aromas comes a little bit of tropical fruit and a little bit of pine.
Taste – The taste begins very lightly toasted bready smell that is matched with some caramel and very light harvest fruit sweetness. Upfront there are also tastes of some citrus and pin hop. As the taste advances the pine gets a bit stronger and is joined by some floral and herbal hop tastes, in the end leaving one with a more moderately hopped and medium bready taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the medium side with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the moderate hoppiness and the mix of crisp breadiness the feel is great and makes for an easy drinking brew.
Overall – A good brew with a good level of hop and a crisp feel to cut the heat of wings

Pretty good for a red ale. I like a nice diversion from my typical more hoppy indulgences.
