Sweet and tropical and subtle hop profile. Nice brew, but not as bold or delicious as I hoped.

A orange, clear golden appearance. A white head that fades to nothing perfectly. An aroma of sticky citrus fruit and balls. Unique. This ipa program is going to hit gold soon. This is on point in character and appearance, it doesn't pop like other world class dipas, but given time I have no doubt.

Look: Hazy deep orange color. White head that falls quick. Ring around the edge of glass hangs.
Nose: Very interesting. Probably the most piney/resiny Galaxy hops I've ever smelled. Some melon, orange citrus, and sweet tropical fruit sneaks in at the back.
Flavor: Again, opens quite resiny and piney. Almost has some Columbus type character. As the drink continues hop notes of zesty citrus and tropical fruit start to emerge, but they seem to be backseat to the pine/resin/vegetal notes. Still quite good.
Feel: Medium-bodied for ABV. Carbonation holds everything up well. Firmly bitter. LIngering bitter, piney, citrusy finish.
Overall: Well done DIPA. Not on the level of Fading Beauty, but on par with Dogs of Doom Ocelot does not disappoint.

Copper color very nice lace
Very prominent hop aroma as you would expect nice orange peach and papaya aroma that follows in to the taste
Smooth on the tongue
A very nice DIPA

An all Galaxy IPA? Why not.
A. Deep honey gold, a typically beautiful head with great lacing and good retention.
S. Big melon, pine, tangerine, and other tropical fruits. Very nice indeed.
T. Honeysuckle, watermelon, tangerine, mango. Nice rush of grassiness and herbs on the finish.
M. It's boozy and slightly sticky sweet.
O. Another well done hoppy offering from Ocelot. They've certainly mastered try art of churning out very nice IPAs and DIPAs.
