Very dry and clean and funky, with minerals and hay. Like the wonders of nature without cherry. Delicious to sip.

A very light, hazy yellow. Aroma is very minimal. Tastes of light wheat, sour lemons a hint of lime and traces of pomme fruit throughout. Will drink again. Very crushable.

Growler into a large tulip. Pours a light yellow, with some haziness and an adequate bright white head. Initial hit on the nose is reminiscent of old beer, but then some of the sour notes cover that up and are correct for the style. Taste is a mild sourness, very pleasant and refreshing. I had it with some homemade cevice which was cured in lime juice, so the combo was really nice. I will certainly be getting this again whenever it's available. Ocelot is becoming my favorite local brewer for this recent transplant to the area.
