Late review:
Appearance: Bright yellow in color, head retains nicely, thin white lacy head.
Aroma: Sweet Tropical Fruits and Berry
Flavor: Nice and juicy IPA with tropical fruits hitting you up front. Some citrus zest and earthiness, followed by a light dry bitter finish.
Feel: Nice light yet creamy mouth feel, medium body.
Overall: I have had a few Ocelot beers to-date, but this has been my favorite due to overall balance of the beer.

On tap at brewery:
Also had this last night on tap not at brewery, no noticeable difference in enjoyment.
Pale golden, even a tad white-ish, pretty hazy working towards cloudy. White sudsy head is thick on the non-drinking side, and lacing is heavy over there, too.
Nose is a bit earthy or even grainy combined with light tropical, citrus notes. Some whiffs are a tad floral. Strength of nose isn't too strong. Smells fairly balanced.
Taste starts with neutral pith and clean malt combining in a strange flatness, but grapefruit pith bitterness rises from this opening pretty quickly. Carbonation tingles the tongue lightly as some tropical notes try to poke through the bitter citrus, but only put a light dent in the predominant flavor. Fairly dry draw on the tongue by the end.
Definitely on the bitter side of the APA. The taste is fairly straightforward, however. Some accents come in but rind, citrus, light tropical notes combine fairly early and last through the sip.

Growler fill, poured into a tulip. Standard carbonation, with a one finger head that dissipated rather slowly. A pleasant, bright yellow with slight haze. Smell and taste are all Mosaic, which is one of my favorite hops. The carbonation, feel, balance of hop and malt, and overall enjoyment of this beer are fantastic. This reminds me of the Tree House - Eureka series of pale ales, and it is right on par. One of the best pales I've had in the area since I moved to VA several months ago. I will be getting more fills of this for as long as it lasts.

Here we go again. Another new hoppy beer from Ocelot. 5.7%, 40 IBU all-Mosaic pale ale. Hop-forward pale ales (Hoppy Birthday, Edward, Zombie Dust, Pseudo Sue, etc) are perhaps my favorite style of beer. High hopes for this.
Appearance: Pours a vibrant yellow leaning toward orange. Puffy white head. Bubbles up top are a bit bigger than I was expecting, but the head retains nicely. Tons of lacing.
Aroma: Really intense aroma. Tropical fruit: guava, mango along with bright citrus juice and zest. A bit of berry sneaks in as well as just a touch of some savory notes.
Flavor: Palate is super juicy. Hops are definitely the star. Very pale, crackery malt presence. Mosaic hops bring notes of tropical fruit, berry, citrus zest, floral, and a bit of earthiness. Beer is light to medium bodied. Finish is fairly short with minimal lingering bitterness.
Feel: The feel on this is quite nice. Light to medium bodied. Crisp and drinkable, while still maintaining a nice creaminess. Bitterness is pleasant but fairly subdued overall. Finish is very, very clean.
Overall: I feel like an Ocelot homer/fan boy, but the string of hoppy beers lately has been outstanding. Really looking forward to the future iterations of this single hop pale series.

On draft
L: glowing yellow color with a soapy head
S: Intense tropical fruit (pineapple, mango) along with citrus fruit (orange, grapefruit). Great smelling beer which reminds me of some of trilliums double dry hopped offerings.
T: Follows the nose with tropical fruit followed by some malt and a mild bitterness. The taste isn't as intense as the nose though but still taste great.
F: Creamy, medium body feel.
Overall a very nice APA, which at 5.7 ABV I could see myself drinking a lot of.
