L: Poured from a tallboy can to a pint glass. Had a bright yellow color and a super cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Fantastic lacing.
S: A sweet and likable aroma of dank hops, citrus fruit, malt, pine, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), a good shot of citrus fruit (orange, in particular, and some grapefruit), a hint of pine, a decent bit of dank hops (just the right amount), and lots of tropical fruit (passionfruit). An extremely sweet, fruity, sunny flavor. The dank hops offer a nice counterpoint to the fruit. Quite tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a mostly smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An incredibly enjoyable IPA. Definitely worth a look.

Bolder and more balanced than Fuquette. Better than most IPAs out there, but not the most delicious profile from Ocelot.

On tap at Ocelot on 10/27/16. Emailed notes to myself.
L: nice 2f head with cap ring and lacing. beer is a nice clear gold with chill haze
S: citrus and tropical. grapefruit and melon, passionfruit. some pine
T: light citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, some pineyness, a little bit bitter
F: light bodied, medium carbonation, nice drying, good construction, crisp and refreshing despite higher than session ABV
O: Very solid IPA of the sort that really seems to be Ocelot's wheelhouse.

Updated review 11/22/16.
From a growler, pours an extremely clear pale gold. A finger of white foam leaves spots and streaks of lacing.
Smell and taste deliver lots of fresh, bright citrus along with some oniony, spicy herbal notes that nicely offset the sweet fruit. Touch of pine and mango, along with some dank. Complex. Not much malt in evidence. Moderate bitterness.
Feel is a light-ish medium. Very slight slickness detracts just a little. A tad under-carbed. Very crushable, without a hint of alcohol.
Overall, a very tasty IPA in the Ocelot style--pale and lean, with the hops getting top billing.

Amazing. Not too much wrong here. This is very similar to Pipeworks, Lizard King. The citra hops dominate followed by a slight bitterness. This brewery really knows what its doing.
