The beer is a nice dark amber with very nice creamy head. The smell and taste are both fairly malty with a nice sweet caramel note that quickly turns into a light burnt toffee. Those notes are supplemented by a light floral hop note that mixes very well with it and gives a nice fruity contrast. The combination of the two makes this a pretty good beer. The feel is creamy with a light carbonation to give it a good texture. Overall, pretty good and worth getting some when you can.

Respect the high ABV @ 9.30 vs the great malty flavor - couple it with Big Frank's pork loon sandwich and you got a recipe for a lazy Sunday afternoon

An exceptional red ale! It has a very good aroma! It goes down very smooth and leaves one with a feeling of wanting to have many more! Definitely worth a trip to the brewery!
