A: Pours a clear dark reddish copper in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate burnt orange + ruby red + amber + medium golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy tan head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of cracker + toasted + caramel + slightly nutty malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel + honey sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of spicy + earthy + herbal hops.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of cracker + toasted + caramel + slightly nutty malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel + honey sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of spicy + earthy + herbal hops which imparts a light to moderate amount of bitterness which lingers for a moderate amount of time leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a light amount of dryness and a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a light refreshing mouthfeel with a relatively clean finish. Enjoyable with a decent amount of malt complexity in a lighter flavored beer. I could easily have a couple of these.

Can:
Slightly darker/duller than copper, with a fair head and minor lacing. The nose is a tad spicy, but the toast and honey is joined by an earthy bitterness in the nose in an interesting way - though perhaps a little hop-driven. Malts come out better in taste, though an earthy to leafy hops note digs in past mid-taste, leading to a slightly bitter, tea-like ending.
The beer isn't as light/drinkable as others in the style, but I end up enjoying the slightly out-of-character aspects of this beer.

Pours a reddish amber hue. Not a lot of head retention, but that might be due to this growler. Nutty aroma. There's some dry malty cracker on the front end. Kind of ritz cracker with like a sugar free almond butter character. Some hop character to break it up. Honestly, Ocelot could dial back a little bit of the bitterness to allow the malt to coat the tongue a little more. Overall, it's good.
