This one is hoppy all the way through, the smell, taste and aftertaste. Nice mouthfeel with the carbonation dancing on your tongue. Bitterness lingers well after the sip. All the pieces are there but it's not my favorite, maybe it's overly hopped for my taste. Overall, good but I would not seek it out.

Growler on night of pour (and memory of tap at brewery week ago):
Pours with a light haze in a hay-like yellow clear field. White head grows nicely and is clingy. Sheets of lacing turn into spotty/soapy looking remnants on the glass.
Nose is a little crackery up front, but a nice waft of grass and pine almost push out the fruit-like notes. Having trouble with placing the aromas, but a little green tropical notes with a hint of citrus, maybe. The fruit is more prominent if I leave my nose near the beer for a little longer.
Taste is more hop-forward, with the grassy notes grabbing the opening taste. A little spicy bite, accentuated with a decent level of carbonation comes next. The notes of fruit that I had trouble distinguishing don't come through in the taste, but a nice amount of grapefruit pith does come through. First few sips I got some woodiness, but more sips showed pith, and the lingering notes of pine I originally got aren't as strong later in the pour.
Fairly classic, and being fresh helps. Not too resiny, but a lingering sticky feel remains on my tongue to remind me of the good beer I just took a sip of. Well done.

From a growler, pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold. A finger of dense white head doesn't last super long, but a swirl of the glass brings up a solid layer of foam throughout the glass. Decent lacing.
Smell is oranges and something earthy, woody and herbal. Notes of grapefruit, floral, dank and cat piss. Taste is a very slightly spicy herbal quality with just a hint of malt sweetness to keep it from being too lean. Nice balance, though it isn't a "balanced" beer. Really delicious and kind of unique. Bitterness starts out mild but accumulates throughout the glass in a pleasant way.
Feel is light-ish medium, with a smooth and slightly slick middle before a drier finish. In spite of not having a huge head, the beer is perfectly carbonated.
Overall, another fantastic IPA from Ocelot.
