Can at Can Jam Deciduous edition thanks Chris!
Wow that color, dark purple with a red tinged bubbly head. Lactic lemony tart with lots of fresh berry aroma and flavor. Holy shit that is tasty.

From notes:
The appearance is very nice and appealing. The beer pours a nice head with a raspberry color to it while the beer itself is a reddish purple color that resembles either a raspberry or a fairly ripe plum.
The smell has a strong currant smell that strongly resembles that of a raspberry mixed with an interesting licorice note. It's good but fades in and out.
The taste is interesting and nice. It has a strong raspberry like tartness and sweetness but with a stronger tart note to it. It isn't overly complex but the contrast is strong enough to be good.
The body is pretty good. It has a dry and smooth finish with a medium body and biting carbonation.
Overall, this is a fairly good wild ale and worth visiting again in the summer. The notes are unique enough that it separates itself from the other wild ales.

Half pour at brewery. Emailed myself these notes. May have added in some Prince jokes later.
L: 2F pale red-violet (actually looked up the color when I got home; it is so unusual) head, good retention. Cap and ring. Beer is raspberry-colored, like a beret you might find in a secondhand store. it's got that look.
S: Pretty standard wild ale brett (?) and yeast nose as well as dried berries and pit fruits. No hints of the waters of Lake Minnetonka.
T: Sour up front, but not unpleasantly so. Dried raisins, cherries, and cranberries. This causes no sorrow or pain.
F: Light body, medium carbonation. Well constructed and sour well-controlled, but drying could be better as finish is just left standing on palate for a while
O: Clearly Ocelot's brewers went crazy and nuts and ended up with a wild ale with an intellect and savoir-faire. I like it.

A very nice color sour! Purple rain indeed. A very good offering from Ocelot different from their usual type of IPA style beers. It was a mighty tasty sour!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
