Poured on tap in a snifter, the beer is a hazy, orange-gold coloring, with a thin, wispy, white head. Aromas of lemon zest, caramel, guava, and candi sugar. Flavors are juicy and sweet forward, with lemon and orange rind first on the scene, followed by wet grass and pine pitch, all on a sweet candy and caramel backbone. Smooth, full bodied, with a grassy and piney aftertaste. The finish is crisp and dry, with some citrus sweet and tart hanging on. Solid IPA.
